Said it was Bonneville Collections (who we paid off a legitimate charge from my husband's younger days with recently and seemed very professional) this woman answered the phone with her name, refused to provide me documentation of the "charge" and then said she would just close it when I pushed for information about how and where the deliquency occured. Anyone who claims to be from a company but only has a direct cell call back and also refuses to provide paperwork is certainly NOT getting my financial information.
