This is a totally legitimate call from Fidelity Investments. If you have or are seeking professional asset management, you may get a call from this number (which is Not necessarily the number you would call back on). Knowing it's time for my annual review, I got a call from my portfolio specialist, who left me a great message.
This number is a bonafide scam. It announces that "We have been trying to call you. This is Credit card services, and this is your last attempt to lower your credit card rate" (or words to that effect). The "Credit Card Services" is what they were calling themselves.
