Do not Answer. Caller ID said Fidelity Investments. I answered and man said he had the wrong number. Karma is a [***], Hope he gets cancer and dies a slow agonizing death.
Fidelity Investments does indeed have that number, and they do use it in the caller ID for some specific calls to existing customers by a real person. It could indeed have been an accidental mis-dial. While spoofing is possible, I think a spoofed call would have gone differently.
