Public Interest company a recording says call PIC during normal business hours.

Boy are these guys persistent!  They call in the evening and make 6 or 7 tries.  Their number is blocked so we never talked to them.  I guess their robo dialer can't tell the # is blocked and the calls are getting cut off.  Call blocking is the greatest thing!!!
