I was contacted by a woman today concerned about a voicemail she had received from Agent McDaniels telling her he had made several attempts to find her at home because he had been trying to serve papers on her. He further accused her of intentionally trying to avoid him.
McDaniels uses a very stern intimidating voice. In the voicemail, he instructed the woman to contact the company who was trying to have her served (never mentioning the company name) and give them her current address. He supplied a phone number of (855) 465-6815.
This woman who has lived at the same residence for 11 years became concerned when McDaniels message included that he had her social security number, and felt if she returned the call, they would have her verify that it was her calling, by supplying them with her social security number. It was suggested that she not return the call.
Patrick Taylor was the name given (Auto Call), he stated he's trying to serve papers for a plaintiff. Either home or at employer. This is a debt collector and a total SCAM. He used my maiden name, which was changed 8 years ago.
