I just received a call from this number. A male voice asked for this is (address) I replied with you got it (We know never to say the word YES), then aske if the VP is (Name) once again I replied with you got it. He then hung up. I guess he knew he wasn't going to get to scam us.
Was person claiming to be my internet provider asking me to get on my computer so he could help me fix some issues. When I questioned him he became a jerk. When I called the number back it is not in service. How does that work?
I keep receiving calls from tel. # 801-410-7248 on my landline business phone. Dead air when I answer the phone. I filed an official complain a week or two ago. Nevertheless, I keep receiving these calls.
Called my grandmother stating I was in jail and I needed $2000 by 3pm to have all charges cleared and be released. Stated I was driving a rental vehicle and was arrested for having cough syrup and a DWI. I have contacted local law enforcement.
