I had an old gas bill they bought, and I paid it off in March, yet they called me again today June 4th to tell me I have a outstanding balance with them.
I talked with Josh also.
He told me they don't send out letters, they just call.
I also informed them that they are in violation of "THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT" by calling before 8:00 in the morning, and was told that because I have a phone number from a different time zone, that its ok, even though my address on file is correct.

(a) COMMUNICATION WITH THE CONSUMER GENERALLY. Without the prior consent of the
consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent
jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the

We've been receiving numerous calls from this number, from a "Liz". I returned the call, and asked what company this is. "Josh" said he was unable to give out this information.
Any legitimate company should be able to at least say what they do...

I receive a call every day and when my Mom says I'm at work they ask for her information and get upset with her when she won't give it to them. I called them back today and I got Josh's voicemail I will not send money to someone without a hard copy of proof I owe it!!!
This is a debt collecter that seems to wait for a year to contact you and will track you down where ever you are they called my employer and said I was in debt to them! Linda calls and when you call back you get Josh's voicemail! They are very misleading in the information! The best thing is I get a 8:02 wake up call EVERY morning and then they call about 10 times a day regardless of weekends or holidays!!
I received a call from this number and when I called back it was "Leslie's" voice mail no company name given just asked for an acct number. I don't owe anyone money.
