Who called from 8014153310

Have gotten calls from a lady who says she is with Molina Healthcare and we have a free in home health evaluation. I have received 10 calls from November 21 through 26th. She has left messages for me to call back to schedule an appointment. I looked on Molina's website and cannot find any information on a home visit so I have just blocked the calls. Even if it's a legitimate  thing I got the message and if I wanted the service I would have called her back and scheduled an appointment. Going to make a complaint with Molina Healthcare of Utah today.

I keep receiving these calls too. Been happening the last 2 months. Said it's Molina wanting to do a home health eval. If so, why aren't they also wanting an appt for my hubs? We both have Molina. I just don't trust people like this at all. It's better to be safe than sorry.

They called me 4 times yesterday letting me know they were from Molina and I had a free preventative care visit to use. I told them 3 different times that it was a bad time to talk and they kept calling. I told them I was filing a complaint with FCC, I think this is a scam. Why would an insurance provider call to tell you that they want you to use free appointments before coverage ends, makes absolutely no sense

Good preventive care costs insurance companies a lot less in the long run and since the ACA mandates a number of free preventive services, insurance companies are trying to make sure their customers take advantage of these covered services.  If you do not understand what these calls are about, call the contact number on your insurance card and ask customer service or the nurse question line about them.
