Called every ten minutes. I finally called them back and they claim to be out of Reno Nevada, but when pressed a supervisor acknowledged they were in the Philippines. They said I had filled out an online questionnaire about colleges which gave them the right to call a number on the do not solicit list. I completed my college education forty years ago. I asked for the name of their president, CEO, and a valid address but they refused. They hung up on me three times before I could get this much. Contrary to what they claimed they are not registered to do business in Utah and I doubt they are registered in Nevada either. Talked with the Secretary of State in Nevada and College Referrals is not registered there either. Total scam.
Number called so many times without leaving a message I finally called it back, rang busy. Answered it today and it was someone who told me I had signed up because I was interested in furthering my education. I told them I was not interested and asked them to remove my number from their list, the guy completely ignored me and said ok we will call back at a better time and hung up when I was re-iterating that they should remove me from their list.
