I got a call from this number right after I hung up with AT&T. I answered it right away and no one was there, and no voice mail was left. My guess is that this number knew that I was inquiring about internet service from a competitor.
I got this call twice in school and the third one in lacrosse practice all in the same day to my cell phone. I looked into ADT yesterday and now that i am reading this, maybe it is the source of the calling. I am not all about dealing with that considering i am still in high school.
This is not about calls I have been receiving, rather it is about the same company who is giving me the run around on refunding my unauthorized credit card charges. This company goes by many names...i-direct.com, clear link technologies, usdirect.com, i-dish.com....just to name a few. I have gotten nowhere but the runaround so far. I would definitely not work with them if I were a consumer of DirectV, Dish Network, Home security, or any other of the services they offer. They seem to be very fraudulent in their business practices. I call the number on the website usdirect.com, but the person on the other end tells me that they are a different company (X-Salellite)!!! When I ask them how I got to them, they say that I was re-routed to them from an overflow phone number from I-direct. What a HASSLE!!! Everything screams fraud here...right down to them having 4 plus business identities.
