Just got the same phone call with no one answering , in QC.

I work for a federal company and got called a few minutes ago. Same as other ppl. You answer, they hang up. First time they call us. AFAIK

I whish I could block them

These jerks called me at almost 11pm at night!  I have no idea who they are and they didn't leave a message (like I'm going to answer the phone at 10:48pm).
