Claimed to be mountain west anesthesia and that I had an account with them. Immediately asked to verify my personal information without stating for what. When I said I don't have an account with you or have any idea what your company is she proceeded to tell me that I definitely DEFINITELY had an account with them and that I had 2 medical statements I needed to pay. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.
Called me @ 7:10 pm left a message Abeo Management asked for me and to call back .when my wife called back this morning there business hours are 2-10 pm Mountain standard time to leave a message and they would call back when they returned.I told him not to call back SCAM.
I too received a call from "Tina the Zombie". Very creepy message! From what I could understand, she was referring to an anesthesia bill that I mailed out this week. Since I had mailed it (really), I called them back and left a message and complained about "Tina the Zombie." I stated that if they couldn't find our statement in the mail and they have to call me back, please show a little more professionalism and NOT have "Tina the Zombie" call us.
Called at 8:15p stating there was an emergency and they needed to speak with my mother immediately. Knowing she was asleep and having the seen that it wasn't anyone we know, I told them she was asleep and try a different day to which I was rudely told to wake her up because some anesthesia company had to speak to her now. Needless to say they will not be talking to ANYONE in this house after that.
