Looks like this is a new scam.  A recording states a name, James Howard, calling from some district court where a lawsuit against is pending against me/my company.  They give a toll-free number (which I did not write down, darn it) and said to speak with a rep press 9.  I pressed 9 and was disconnected.  Heck, they can't even run a scam properly.
