This numbered has called me several times this month and I finally decided to answer. They said, "I'm from college degree." Then claimed that they had information about me wanting to go back to school to get a degree. I immediately hung up because I have never filled out any form that asked that question and I am currently in school earning a degree and never left school,  therefore I never needed to "go back to school."
Sounds like a real person, but highly suspicious. I recommend not answering.
