They called me one night pretty late - about 10pm and I didn't answer. They called again today and I answered. Said it was someone from the parks department who wanted to survey me about something to do with the parks. Told her I was at work and couldn't talk. Said she would call back another time. Based on the fact that the first phone call from them was at 10pm (after legal calling hours) I'm thinking that it may not actually be a survey about parks..
