this is one of the Microsoft Scam numbers..where they want to "clean a virus" off your MS Operating System. They claim that my (or your) MS operating system is sending error messages to MS and it is caused by a virus. Do not let them download or access your system. it is a scam

These are scum sucking criminals. There is no way that they can trace error messages from your PC and know what your phone number is. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!
