This number has called my work phone (which I don't have listed on my account whatsoever) numerous times today. They don't leave a message, and when I pick up, no one says anything.
Since I haven't paid my Comcast bill this month, I will assume this is COMCAST COLLECTIONS DEPT. They call many times daily.... I will pay them Friday.
I did not answer this call but if it is Comcast to collect like everyone is reporting than they should not be calling me. I am not behind on my bill. Just got the statement today in the mail. No past due amount and bill is not due until end of this month. SO stop calling.....
I don't have Comcast any more. I've told them to send me my final bill to my new address and they have not sent it. I've tried telling them about 4 times. The equipment is returned. Some rude lady always talks to me and i try telling her, but she hangs up on me. I think she should be fired for bad costumer service. Comcast is already renowned for very poor costumer service, hopefully Verizon gives them a run for their money. So rude, ungrateful people don't have the jobs, but rather nice, kind people who are grateful for a job in this tough time get a job.
