I reported this company to the FCC, if they harass you, please report them as well, or this will continue. They call our business several times per day and when you ask to be removed from their list (which we are on the do not call list anyway), they hang up on you.
I tracked this number to a glass company in Utah. I contacted the owner and he denied that the calls were coming from his business. Either I was lied to, or this number has been hijacked and is being used as a stolen identity to mask the true identity of the caller in order to harass people. According to other complaints this number may also have been used by the perpetrators to steal personal information. It is not advisable to give out any personal information on any calls that you did not initiate. I hope that law enforcement can trace who is doing this and put a stop to any illegal acts being committed by those responsible.
The person that called from 801-528-4799 was very rude when they asked for the owner. When I replied and said he wasn't in he asked for a different number to contact him. I said this is the only number I have for him. Then he asked what do you do when there's an emergency? Then he proceed to ask for his cell number, that this was an emergency and needed another number to contact him. I told I couldn't give him the number and hung up. He was very pushy and rude!
