This is definitely a scam! Do not trust the caller! A lady named Joanna called me today. She claimed that she is calling from US Bank and would like to refinance my account. She was very persistent and started asking for personal information, such as my address and social security number. As soon as I hung up, I called US bank fraud prevention number. They said that this number is not listed in their directory and it was most likely fraud.
