Multiple calls, even after being asked to be removed from the caller list.
The caller ID says "UT ST CANNON HL. I attempted to call the number back, but the message says "The number is presently not in service."
I don't know if this is really a government phone (as the phone number format would indicate), or if another company is spoofing the number. On a previous call, they wanted me to take a 10+ minute survey with personal health questions.
I'd recommend refusing to take the survey (who are you really giving your peronsal information to). They claim to be the Health department, but the tactics (today, just hanging up) are less than professional.
On the other hand, the Utah health department used to count any obituary that did not list a cause of death as a statistic for an AIDS death. So whoe knows what's going on?
Note: In March 2012, computer hackers broke into a Utah State government server and stole the Social Security nmbers of up to 280,000 perople, and less-sensitive information for up to an additional 500,000 users.
Even though the phone number 'appears' to be from the Utah Health department, I would not give up any personal information. The fact that they keep calling back after being asked to stop should be a big clue as to the nature of the caller.
Note: The tite: UT ST CANNON indicate the Cannon building, which is a Utah governemnt building. The Utah health department website is at http://www.health.utah.gov.
