This one was weird. It looked like a local phone number that I know, (mother's neighbor) so I picked up. He said, "My name is Chris, from Green Energy Group" (?? I think that's what it was.). Then it got odd. I stated that we are on the do-not-call registry, but it sounded like he was having a different conversation altogether! I got nothing. It was as if I were talking to someone, but the caller kept saying "Yes, I think that works. No, Are you there?" Still not sure if it was a real person, since it was more like a program that I wasn't responding to in the way it had been set to work. Odd.
