This number has called me over a dozen times a couple days in a row, starting at 7am. When I called the number back, a lady with a heavy accent stated she did not speak English and then a young boy took the phone. The boy explained his mother did not speak English, and his father speaks English "very good," but stated his father was not home. The boy had a very heavy accent as well that sounded potentially middle Eastern, although the mother's accent sounded more Hispanic in origin.
