This number called, left no message.

I was told this was a credit card offer to reduce my rate (automated message) and to press "1" to speak to a live representative.  I pressed 1 and asked to please be removed from their call list where I was told "NO, hit ignore on your phone like an adult"
Seriously.....

CALLED TWICE ... ANSWERED ON THE SECOND CALL.  NO ANSWER.  PLEASE PUT ME ON THE DNC LIST

Immediately answered.   No response, was disconnected.

I hope their CC scam fails and puts them in debt.
