This number won't stop calling me, and never leaves a message.

Never left a message.   I called them back and reached "Diabetes Care Now" (http://diabetes-carenow.net/).  Not sure how they got my number.

They keep calling me it iss some diabeties company. I called the number and had them put me on there don't ccall list and they are still calling me.

This originates from an online survey.  I remember filling out the survey months ago but specifically asked to NOT be contacted.  The only way to end calls from this particular number is to call them and tell them you did not request contact and to be placed on the do not call list.
