There is a long "Hold for the next avail" and then a lady said it was a call from John Powers but wouldn't tell me who John Powers is, so I told her wrong number and added to my reject list.
This number is from IC Systems. It is a local number for a national company. Blocking the number will only result in them using another of their many numbers. Better to leave it and know not to answer. They are a bill collection company. In my case it is for medical bills but I am not sure if that is their only collection venue.
