Called saying they are calling in regards of my car insurance. After I asked what the name of the insurance was they refused to give name.

I got a call from this number, and when I answered someone screamed and then started laughing hysterically. I was not amused.

Hung up without speaking

Didn't answer, left a voicemail that was silent.
