I too, have gotten calls from this number. I called my phone service provider and asked of any legalities [re:impersonating a state officer] and they said there have been no complaints so no laws written but not nec.. Each caller, such as mis-ID ing oneself can be a criminal act doesn't matter where it happens, it wrong.! Many use near-sounding-like-someon-elses name. BUT MINE SAID EXACTLY:" U T A H S T A T E GOVT.!
