Who called from 8016478561

Called my cell twice (late December 2016 & early January 2017). No voicemail left either time. Several websites say number belongs to "Kim Child." Checked probable FB profile for "Kim Child;" profile is empty, likely bogus.

This number keeps calling my cell but there is just dead air at the other end.

This number has called me twice has left no voicemail, but when i try to call back it says this number is no longer in service.

Says was from energy service. Told him couldn't afford it want. Take number off calling list. When I said couldn't afford started asking if I could afford him. Called him an a** and hung up.
