It is an overseas auto-dialer that does not leave a message. If your caller ID has the letter "V" followed by a bunch of numbers, that is the country code and number the auto-dialer is calling from. NEVER answer them and reporting them to the National Do Not call list will not work since it is being done out of the country. Just report it to the Federal Trade Commission and the FBI.
