Called me and didn't bother to leave a voice mail. Called the number back and the automated voice said they were Convergent Outsourcing Inc. Further internet search reveals they are a debt collector. If they are not willing to mail me something out first to verify a debt before calling like most debt collectors do, then i consider it a scam. Caller got blocked.
