I received a call from this number. Told me it was a personal matter and I was on a recorded line. Before he could talk to me he had to confirm it was me, and what was my address. So I told him he called me he should tell me what my address was and that I wasn't giving him my personal information. His response was "then I can't talk to you" and he hung up on me!
