Who called from 8016663654

Scam! -  caller asked for one time donation for death benefit for families of cops killed on duty with minimum $15. These scammers value their time high. This was second call after we received similar call from 801-407-5282. Our answer was NO.
Scam. Scam!

Because the number showed up as originating from the town next to mine, I thought about answering it. However, it looks like it's just another scam.

A man called and asked for me by name and hung up.  I called the number back and it did not ring.  No busy or ring tones NOTHING!  What's up with that?
