Who called from 8016831551

Received 2 in the last 2 days. Someone is on the other line but only says one word before hanging up. When I try to call back it doesn't even connect.

I received calls to a business number from this number.  No one spoke, and the line disconnected any time that I answered.

I got a call from the number a couple of days in a row.  Called it back and got a message saying "All circuits are busy, message 86."

I have been receiving call after call almost daily from this number. Very frustrating, would love to know how to get them to stop. I would tell the directly but know one ever responds and when I call back it says the number is disconnected.

Got a call from this number twice today. They left a message saying: "I can barely hear you..." Very much a nuisance call. Now that I have a smart phone, I'd like to find out how to get the app so I can block calls like these.
