Called them back, because I'm bored, and a recording said they were the "U.S. Clean Energy Program" calling about something or other, I didn't care. Then it said I could press "0" to speak with an operator, or "3" to be put on the "do not call" list. I pressed 3 and the recording started over. I don't think there's a real list.
Call a phone number that only myself my carrier and my husband know, answered it, some lady saying "hello" over and over. Hung up, checked 800Notes and blocked the number
