Caller wish to be transferred to this person but could not find him in my system and told the caller we have no one by that name who works for this company.  Caller then ask to be transferred over to the Vice President of sales marketing.  Asked him the reason he's calling today and could not give an answer.  The callers name is Sergio, if that's even his name.
