They was asking to buy a reloadit package from the closest retail store to pay my electricity bill. He was "very helpfull" and look the nearest one for me. He send me to an ABS store but there is not ABS store at the address he give me, so i called back and ask to speak to the ext. he gave said it was busy but i notice it was the exact same voice but give me a different name. I called excel and they help me make te payment right away. No service cut was schedule.
