Warning - this is another in a series of extortion scams aimed at collecting on illegally purchased debts! Repeated calls from this bottom-feeding scam debt collector. They claim to have a legal case pending against every person they illegally contact! Insisting they need to speak with your attorney of record or they will be forced to complete legal proceedings against you! It's nothing more than an ongoing extortion scam that originated in 2004!
If you receive a phone call and you don't recognize the number. Do not answer it. I usually get 10 to 20 calls a day. If I don't know that phone number I look it up and then block it off of my phone. Yes it becomes annoying. But I pay $109.00 for my phone bill every month, and I definitely do not want to be charged more.
