Yeah, same here! He acted like it was his best friend from 1st grade.

He talked down to me like I was an idiot!

At least when I call people they want to talk to me.

This guy is calling for the CFO, Currently have this idiot on "eternity hold", I keep picking it back up after 1-2 mins, and say "he'll be right with your" or, "one more Moment'   I can play their game...They wanna waste my time, I will surely waste theirs.

Had this idiot on hold for 16 mins. Before he apparently finally got the message and Hung Up!!!  Love my job!

Calls and calls and calls, refuses to remove us from his call list. Our CFO and CEO want nothing to do with this guy or his business. Funny enough, I am the executive assistant to both and I will never even give this joker a chance based on reviews through out the net and how he has behaved to our receptionist and myself. Never anger the gatekeeper : )
