I think they are mormans. They called my house friday and asked for my joke of a brother in law and he is a morman. I searched it and the maps that as a result place it where the morman "church" is. I hope that helps.
I did not answer the call; my CID readout was from Salt Lake City, Utah as well. Everyone, please be very careful. Here in Florida the news actually did a story about telephone number "spoofing" where the spoofers were able to get people to give up personal information and then went on to use their identities to get credit cards and whatever else they could get away with. It has become a huge problem.
Here is how to stop the calls. Google Do Not Call Registry-submit a complaint about the number on their website, detailing the problem. Although this will stop that particular phone number from calling, a few days later, you may start to get calls from the same company, leaving the same messages, but showing up on your caller ID as an unknown caller and unknown number. At this point, at the advice of the phone company, another free alternative that I tried was to key in Star 77 into my phone. What this does in Pennsylvania and in many other states as well, is that it activates Anonymous Call Rejection (ACR), a service that will automatically stop all incoming calls from blocked telephone numbers or anonymous, unknown numbers. So far this has worked at stopping this. I'll let you know if this changes. If this doesn't work in your state, call your phone company to ask them what you need to key into your phone to activate Anonymous Call Rejection. Hope this will be helpful.

Just wanted to say that the Star 77 thing did not work. Registering a complaint with the FTC was the only thing that worked on FTC.gov. Also kept reregistering complaints with the Do Not Call Registry. The calls finally stopped after doing both of these things.

Just wanted to add that while the FTC says they may not be able to do anything about it, it was only after this complaint that it finally stopped-not right away so be patient.
