This is one of those credit card scam numbers. The typical pre-recorded message saying that they have been attempting to reach you about your credit card that I do not have. I always log these into my smart phone as Robo Calls to identify any future calls. Within a few minutes another call from an unknown number calls claiming to be from ACR- (Anthony with an accent from Pakistan). Possible Allied Collection Resources, Irving Texas. They asked for someone who has never been associated with my phone number and when I started to ask hard questions about the location of Corporate, a telephone number where Corporate could be located, his extension number and other questions like that, he became nervous and said he was transferring me to Corporate. After waiting for a while it was clear this is a scam and just to hang up on them..
Qwest Corporation appears to be the carrier for this number. Also they are in Huntsville Utah. Per research this is a landline phone. Complaints with FCC can be filed along with complaints to the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General. Next time they call say your last name is Obama. Lmao
This number is spoofed and does not really exist. They tried to call me on my cell phone 4 times within 2 minutes! I was on a call on my land line with my customers while my cell phone was ringing and ringing. But the best part is that I have programmed it to say that the number they are calling 'does not exist'. Most of the unwanted calls have stopped. But looks like there is this one person or company that is still trying to call me - I am sure it is 'Rachel' from card services!
I simply do not respond to numbers that I do not recognize - you can check if the number exists by prefixing *67 (in front of) 8017458564 and that will mask your caller id.
This number does not exist! JUST DON'T ANSWER CALLS THAT YOU DO NOT RECOGNIZE.
