Rather than leave me alone, they continue to send messages bugging me to call a different phone number for a great "success opportunity." Keeps sending unsolicited messages asking if I have called yet. Says his name is Jay.

According to MySpace, Julian Swanigan is a drummer in a band called Vernicify. I believe Amber Brown is his sister, Amber Swanigan of West Jordan. Her number is listed as (801) 568-2484. You could start there to pursue tracking him and filing a complaint. There are not too many Swanigans in the SLC area.

I ignored then he send another text 'so what up'. So i texted back and said 'I'm not interested in talking-tom' he didn' bother me after that. pretty good given i'm female. how sad, desperate, sick and lonely this person must be to randomly text (and call, yes he called first-i didn't answer).
I answered a phone call this morning and the caller hung up before saying anything. A second later the number texts "Hey u" and then "Its me julian." He said his name is Julian Swanigan and he lives in Clinton city and "I'm 22 basicly ha i'm a drummer.. been drumming 4 eighteen years.. i love sports.. im very athleticly written.. im a published poet." He says he is not going to school but plays drums and bass guitar in two bands. He asked for me to send a picture of myself 5 times including saying "lets exchange pics", "send a pic", "send a pic real quick", "lets exchange pics. Im the hott drummer guy u thought was hot." I asked where he got my number from and he said, "I got it by mistake. But im not the kind of guy to just go my seperate ways.. You never know now days. How about get to know each other." He asked for my name, age, where I live and to describe what I look like. I did not give him any information and he still texted over 20 times.
