Called them back and it sends you into vm when you select the remove me option. It is an alarm company with an unsolicited call. Asked to be removed, informed them that the number is on the do not call list and I would file a complaint. We'll see.
I've been getting calls fro this number everyday for the last few days. I didn't answer it and they never leave a message. Today I decided to finally google the number and found this page. Now that I know it is Vivent I know why they are calling. I have a friend that had them install a security system in his house and they asked him for anyone else that he knows that might be interested in having their system installed. He gave them my name with my permission. I just don't understand why they don't leave a message.
Funny how there is an ad for Rogers Home Monitoring (Vivent sells the same type of system) under the first post in this thread that mentions Vivent in it.
