I think this is a telemarketer.  Missed the call, no message.

Called several times, no message, finally answered to tell them to take me off their call list. Was a woman from "Academic Advisors".

They've called once, and left no voicemail. My cell said it was another cell phone from Salt Lake area.

Call everyother day goes to voicemail no message just a bunch of backgroud noise

Prolly a robocall.  I did not answer, just let it go to voicemail- caller left nothing.
