They are fraud they have bought a phone number in different states so the call seems to be coming from a local number in your state. They are somewhere in Georgia or somewhere back east. They claim they have sent you requests which they haven't and say they are from Macy's (really!!!). They also get smart with you on the phone and when you ask for them to send you a letter in writing and they say they don't have too. This is against your rights and you need to report them as fraud.
