"National Enrollment Center" health insurance scam. Called my cell phone (on the do-not-call list, but scammers don't care). I pressed 1 to talk to "a licensed agent" and try and waste someone's time while I was working, turned on the speaker and set the phone down on tthe desk and waited for a person. But after a minute or so of muzak and some more time of silence, they hung up without a person ever coming on the line.
