Who called from 8017846987

I am receiving many  calls from this number, when I say hello  they just cut the call, I am really concern!!

they call between 11 and 12 in the morning and 3 or 3:30 in the afternoon.

This number calls costantly as if to make a connection  with my phone when I answer and then disconnect

ANOTHER PIECE OF SH******* TELEMARKETER. THIS PEOPLE ARE CROOKS.

Another google call today, from a different phone #.  I have listed over 125 phone numbers from these clowns, and I list them in my cell phone under Sales.   When they call back from the same number (this very seldom happens), I just ignore it when the # pops up.  I am beginning to believe that they just keep changing phone #'s.   Lately they show up as "local" or " Marketing".  I do believe that when my phone answers, they automatically know that my # is good.  My next option is to involve our Public Service Commission.  Has anyone tried this approach, or better yet the state attorney general.?
