This is the phone number listed on my statement to identify the charge made to my card in the amount of $159.00 on 11/18
Calling it got me no place.

I receive a $9.47 charge from FITFANTSTC every month at this phone number and unable to stop. I don't know what the charge is for and now can't contact? HELP!!

You need to disputer/file fraud with your bank.. change your account numbers.  File complaints with the FTC and CFB..
