Junk text..How to stop them??

how do you stop these junk text messages?  message was "receive a free trial ipad 3"

Was a junk text that said: Chris you have been selected to receive a FREE $50 Target Gift voucher Call 1-877-552-3584 to redeem. TXT STOP TO STOP

I use a nickname on these sites but my name isn't Chris.  I hate spammers.

The name of the place is Shopper's Edge.

Junk text, costs me $$ to receive texts...so I repeatedly call the toll free number from all the payphones I can find...It costs them money when you call an 800 number from a payphone...fight back!!
