I received text message spam saying I had won a Target gift card around 10am this morning.  The message also addressed me as "Gisela" - not sure where that came from as it's not my name and I'm the only one who's ever had this number (it's a new switch).  It said reply STOP to stop future messages, guess I'll see if it works.
