Someone called from this number but said nothing. I hung up and called to get the caller ID but found I couldn't make any calls out. Not even to the phone company. After 10 minutes my phone started working again and I called and got the number from caller ID. Later in the day the exact same thing happened again. Then again later in the day. This is a bit dangerous because it eliminated the possibility of calling 911 or other emergency numbers if needed. Somehow these people have figured out how to break someones phone.
